Diesel Technician - Maui

Ground Transport, Inc is a locally owned school bus transportation company that has been safely transporting Hawaii's students for over 35 years. We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Diesel Technician to join our Maui maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Perform engine repair and maintenance on diesel-and-gas vehicles
• Conduct diagnostics to identify mechanical and electrical faults
• Inspect equipment and electrical systems for proper operation and safety compliance
• Perform preventative maintenance services on fleet of school buses and equipment
• Collaborate with workshop team members and supervisor to maintain workflow efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and inspections

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in diesel mechanics
• Experience working with diagnostic and scanner equipment
• Technical diploma in diesel mechanics or a related field
