$16–17 per hour for each position, based on experience

About 35°ree; Tea Room

35°ree; Tea Room is a specialty cold-brew tea room serving premium tea on draft in the heart of St. Petersburg’s Warehouse Arts District.

We’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy taking care of others.

This isn’t just serving drinks.

It’s creating an environment guests want to return to.

Responsibilities:

* Welcome every guest warmly

* Prepare and pour draft teas

* Explain teas and tasting flights

* Maintain cleanliness and organization

* Restock inventory

* Operate POS system

* Assist with tea room events

* Support daily opening and closing duties

* Maintain our hospitality standards

You are:

* Friendly without being overbearing

* Calm and composed

* Detail-oriented

* Curious about tea

* Comfortable learning about specialty beverages

* Able to work weekends and holidays

* Proud of keeping spaces beautiful

Experience is appreciated but not required.

NB: Music is an important part of the guest experience. Team members are expected to understand and help maintain the atmosphere of the tea room throughout the day.

Thirty Five Hospitality L.L.C. is developing 35°ree; Tea Room, a specialty hospitality concept at The Factory St. Pete centered on premium cold-brew tea served on draft. The tea room combines thoughtful guest service, curated music, flexible community programming, and a welcoming environment for relaxation, conversation and connection.
