Are you an experienced Auto Insurance Agent who loves helping people, closing sales, and building relationships?
TruValue Insurance & Tax Agency is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, energetic, bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) professional to join our team in-office.
This isn't just another insurance job it's an opportunity to build a long-term career while earning hourly VS 55% commission.
What You'll Do
- Quote and sell Personal Auto Commercial Home Insurance policies
- Service existing clients and build long-term customer relationships
- Handle warm transfer leads (no cold calling!)
- Cross-sell insurance products
- Help grow the business through local store marketing and community networking
- Generate additional income by offering DMV Registration Services and Tax Preparation referrals during tax season
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience every day
What We're Looking For
- Auto Insurance sales experience is REQUIRED
- Active California Property & Casualty License preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Comfortable asking for referrals and closing sales
- Someone who enjoys meeting local business owners and building community partnerships
