The Direct Care STAFF (DCS) provides daily support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities in order to enhance their quality of life, promote independence, and ensure a safe and supportive environment. The Direct Care Worker plays a vital role in helping clients achieve personal goals, develop new skills, and participate in social, recreational, and community activities.
