Direct Care Worker

Direct Care Workers (DCW) are responsible for providing people with developmental disabilities or mental illness; direction, support, encouragement, and choices for life with the least amount of restrictions; while maintaining a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment which fosters growth and reintegration into the community and and facilitates the development of mutual aid and self-help skills among persons served. DCW primary role is to provide the appropriate supports tailored to the needs and desires of each individual to enable each to live as independently as possible. DCW document the persons served progress toward treatment goals.

Jabez Recovery Management Services is a dual integrated program servicing adults 18 and older with a diagnosis of mental illness and substance abuse. We provide quality behavior modification, recovery coaching, and a secure structured environment to live in.
