LPN/RN

The LPN/RN plays a crucial role in delivering quality patient care through medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and care planning. This position requires strong clinical skills combined with the ability to educate patients and respond quickly to emergencies. The LPN/RN supervises nursing assistants and reports directly to the Nurse Manager, ensuring smooth operations within the nursing team. No travel is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Monitor and record vital signs consistently
• Develop and update patient care plans
• Document patient information and treatments thoroughly
• Provide patient education on health and treatment plans
• Respond promptly to emergency situations
• Supervise and support nursing assistants

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in nursing
• Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license
