Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under RN supervision

- Document patient information and care activities thoroughly
- Coordinate care between patients, families, and healthcare team
Required Qualifications
- Vocational Nursing Diploma
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in licensed practical nursing or registered nursing
- Proficient in patient care, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication skills
