Homecare Skilled Nursing Shift work

We are seeking RN's and LPN's for Skilled Nsg. shift work in patients home,

Home Care Experience preferred

Pinellas County & surrounding areas

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized skilled care to patients in their home which may include care of:

Peg Tubes, Urinary catheters, Ostomies, Wounds, Trach Care, & Medication administration.

Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior

• Emotional support to patients

Qualifications:

• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
