Our client is hiring a full time, permanent Process Technician! Urgently hiring
-Responsible for performing all changeovers and feeds, clearing material jams
-Review any required logs, check sheets, inspection sheets, and work orders
-Position all rolls of material on unwinder and thread film through the machine.
-Perform Thermoforming Machinery start-ups and shut downs
-Ability to perform material jams/clearing in machinery
-Monitor machines for mechanical problems
-Other duties as assigned
Requirements
-Experience operating thermoforming, extrusion or similar machines
-Experience setting up machines and doing light maintenance
-Experience performing changeovers and clearing machine jams
-Ability to work Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
