Corporate/Transactional Paralegal

Gunster seeks a full time Corporate/Transactional Paralegal for its Tampa office. The ideal candidate will support a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including entity formation and maintenance, corporate governance, regulatory filings, due diligence, and transaction closings.

Candidates must have at least four years of relevant experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Florida Registered Paralegal preferred.
