Blessed Generations Academy is looking for caring, passionate, and Christ-centered teachers to join our Early Learning team serving children ages 2–5 years, including our Florida VPK program. If you have a heart for children and a passion for Christian education, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, loving, and Christ-centered classroom.
• Plan fun, engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.
• Foster children's academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
• Follow Florida DCF licensing and health and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• CDA, FCCPC, or Early Childhood Education credentials preferred.
• Experience working with children ages 2–5 preferred.
• Florida DCF training requirements
• Level 2 Background Screening.
• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Positive attitude, dependable, and team-oriented.
