Shipping Clerk / Forklift Operator

Pay: $18.00+ per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–3:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk / Forklift Operator to join a manufacturing team in North Phoenix. This position is responsible for preparing shipments, handling inventory, operating a forklift, and supporting daily warehouse operations to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, label, and process outgoing shipments
• Verify orders, shipping documents, and product quantities for accuracy
• Receive incoming materials and properly store inventory
• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials
• Move finished products and raw materials between warehouse and production areas
• Maintain organized inventory locations and a clean, safe work environment
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory tracking
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards required in a dental manufacturing environment
• Work closely with production and shipping teams to meet daily goals

Qualifications

• Previous shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Must have SAP experience
• Forklift operation experience required; certification is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to lift and move materials safely
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Basic computer skills for shipping and inventory systems
• Experience in medical, dental, or regulated manufacturing is a plus
