Paralegal

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience supporting attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment. This role involves case management, document preparation, client communication, and general administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and filings
• Maintain and organize case files and discovery materials
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review
• Communicate with clients, courts, and other parties professionally and promptly
• Assist in trial preparation and scheduling
• Support attorneys with daily administrative and case management tasks

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of paralegal experience (law firm or in-house legal department)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Paralegal certificate preferred but not required
