Pay Rate: $62 - $67/hr

Duration: 5-6 month assignment

Location: New York, NY (Onsite)

Travel: Occasional domestic travel (1–2 trips during the assignment)

Schedule: Primarily standard business hours with flexibility to support one evening per week as needed (schedule adjusted accordingly)


Summary

We are seeking a bilingual Partner Marketing Manager to support the growth and execution of strategic partner marketing initiatives within a digital advertising organization. In this role, you will build and manage relationships with key marketing partners, develop co-marketing programs, and drive campaigns that strengthen partner engagement and business growth.


This position requires a strategic marketer who can balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, has experience working with global partners, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where collaboration, communication, and operational excellence are essential.


What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic marketing partners, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact
  • Support the development, evaluation, and launch of new partner marketing initiatives that drive business growth and partner success
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, product, creative, and business teams to develop and execute integrated partner marketing programs
  • Lead partner marketing campaigns from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand standards
  • Develop marketing toolkits, campaign assets, presentations, training materials, and partner communications
  • Guide content strategy and creative asset development to support partner-led campaigns across multiple marketing channels
  • Partner with senior partner contacts during quarterly and annual business planning activities
  • Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide recommendations to optimize future partner marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent projects while managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations
  • Support contract input, project briefs, campaign documentation, and cross-functional communication throughout the project lifecycle


What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, alliance marketing, or strategic marketing partnerships
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal) is required
  • Experience managing global partner marketing programs and developing partner activation strategies
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, adtech, performance marketing, or digital media ecosystems
  • Proven experience developing marketing content, campaign assets, and sales enablement materials for external partners
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Self-starter with the ability to connect strategy to execution while working independently
  • Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams across multiple regions and time zones
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail


Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience working with channel partners, media partners, agencies, or technology partners
  • Knowledge of digital advertising platforms, marketing technology, or performance media
  • Experience supporting international partner marketing initiatives
  • Familiarity with integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, and partner channels
  • Experience working within large global technology or consumer organizations

You’ll play a direct role in how customers discover OLIPOP in stores. From perfectly stocked shelves to standout displays, your work will have a real impact on brand visibility and sales.

What You’ll Do

Execute daily merchandising activities across assigned retail locations following established “Look of Success” standards
Keep shelves fully stocked, rotated, and visually optimized to maximize product visibility and sales
Support key retail account initiatives and ensure compliance with distribution and display standards
Build and maintain both mandated and incremental in-store displays
Complete up to 15 store visits per day, following assigned routes and priorities
Accurately document store visits, execution metrics, and account insights using CRM and reporting tools
Identify opportunities to improve product placement, expand distribution, and elevate in-store execution
Maintain merchandising assets and collaborate with field sales teams to ensure consistent brand representation

What Success Looks Like

You’ll know you’re crushing it in this role by:

Consistently executing merchandising standards across all accounts
Reducing out-of-stock situations and keeping shelves full
Maintaining accurate, timely reporting and CRM updates
Increasing product visibility, display quality, and overall distribution

What You Bring

1+ year of merchandising, retail, field sales, or CPG experience (beverage or distributor experience strongly preferred)
Experience working with large-format retailers or natural channel retailers is a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured personal vehicle with a clean driving record
Willingness to travel up to ~30 miles within the Denver market for daily store visits
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and stay active throughout the day
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage a daily route

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience with tools like Slack, Repsly, or CRM platforms
Comfort working in fast-paced retail environments and coordinating with multiple store teams

Additional Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
