We are seeking a Collections/Foreclosure Paralegal to become a part of our team!
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with client representatives
- Verify property owner information
- Calculate balances and amounts owed
- Prepare collection demand letters
- Prepare claims of lien
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing foreclosure pleadings
- Monitor and advance pending foreclosure actions
- Communicate with debtors and clients to resolve disputes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a community association collections/foreclosure paralegal
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to use computers and software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
