About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Managers and field teams on active commercial construction projects. This is a hands-on role designed to provide real exposure to project management and field operations.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with project coordination, schedules, and documentation
- Support submittals, RFIs, and project tracking
- Attend jobsite visits and observe field operations
- Communicate with subcontractors and vendors
- Help track progress, photos, and reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Bluebeam a plus)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
What You’ll Gain
