Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review discovery, motions, and correspondence
- Manage case files, deadlines, and attorney calendars
- Prepare motion and trial materials, exhibits, and evidence
- Review medical records and coordinate with clients, experts, and witnesses
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of litigation experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of California & Federal practice and Discovery Code
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
