Assistant Construction Project Manager

The Assistant Construction Project Manager (owner's rep) will oversee mission-critical construction projects with a primary focus on data center facilities. This role requires hands-on site supervision, ensuring quality control and compliance while coordinating and managing project schedules. The Assistant Construction Project Manager reports directly to Executive Leadership and works on-site full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and schedules
• Coordinate and lead project teams to meet objectives
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes
• Supervise on-site construction activities
• Manage schedules to meet critical deadlines
• Oversee mission-critical data center construction projects

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction project management
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
