Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

We are seeking a Shipping And Receiving Coordinator to become an integral part of our team! You will help coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment activities, as well as point of sale and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming merchandise.
• Create purchase orders and accurately receive inventory into the POS system.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders, invoices, and physical merchandise.
• Maintain accurate inventory, pricing, and receiving records.
• Identify and resolve shipment discrepancies with vendors.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor, including labeling and organizing backstock.
• Maintain organized physical and digital inventory documentation.
• Assist with inventory counts, replenishment, and overall inventory accuracy.
• Keep the receiving area clean, organized, and efficient.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with inventory management or retail operations preferred.
• Comfortable using POS and inventory software (Rain POS experience is a plus).
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 pounds and perform physical receiving tasks
