Immigration Attorney or Paralegal

• Preparing and filing forms with USCIS and other agencies, including immigration courts and federal courts.
• Communicating directly with clients regarding their cases.
• Performing legal research and analyzing documents.
• Proficiency in Writing (English).
• Managing caseloads and tracking deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail for handling immigration cases.
• Proficiency in legal research databases and excellent organizational skills are required.
• Bilingual skills are a significant advantage, particularly in Portuguese and/or Spanish.
