LVN Full-Time Needed

This full-time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) position offers the opportunity to provide essential home health care to patients during day shifts. The role involves direct patient care, including vital signs monitoring, with travel required to and from patients' homes. The position supports professional growth through certification courses for tracheostomy and ventilator care.

Below are a couple of our priority needs we're looking to get staffed:

Case #1 - Cerritos

Schedule: Mon - Fri | 11am - 7pm | Nurse to attend school w/ patient

G-tube patient

Case #2 - Long Beach

Schedule: Mon - Thurs | 9:30am - 5:30pm (open to any start time between 9:30a - 12p)

Pay Range: $28-$32/hr

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care in home health settings
• Monitor and document vital signs regularly
• Travel safely to patients' homes to deliver care

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in vocational nursing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with G-Tube feeding
• Knowledge of tracheostomy care
• Experience with ventilator management

*If you are not quite comfortable working with Trachs or Vents initially, we provide courses to get certified with those, as well as continuous shadowing and refreshers to make sure you're confident in these skills*

✨ This position is for an Agency Respite Care Provider system to support individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Respite is short-term care that gives the primary caregiver a break. While the caregiver steps away to rest, run errands, or attend appointments, you stay with the client in the home or sometimes in the community, providing supervision and support. Day to day, that looks like engaging with the client based on their needs, following safe family routines, keeping the client safe, and accurately recording your hours within the family's approved respite authorization.
