General Summary:
The Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring the overall quality of the coil prior to shipment to the customer.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize what coils are to be shipped and prepare those first
- Ensure the quality of the product including matching design prints, correct measurements all components are correct, and labels are correct
- Ensure customer satisfaction by confirming that coil is meeting specifications
- Add any parts to the coils prior to shipment
Job Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented
- Work independently
- Blueprint reading skills
- The ability to understand and convert decimals and fractions
- Good communication skills
- Computer skills
Physical Requirements of the job:
- Ability to move at least 50lbs
- Ability to stand and use hand tools 8-10hrs per day
- Wear the necessary PPE for the position.
