LVN – Pediatric Female Patient, Home Health, Porter Ranch
Aveanna Healthcare | Behavioral Health & Autism Experience Preferred

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Rate: $33-$34


We are seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse for a pediatric home health case in Porter Ranch, caring for a female patient. This role is ideal for an LVN with a background in pediatric behavioral health and autism care who is confident supporting patients with behavioral needs and comfortable managing G-tube care in a home setting.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one direct pediatric patient care in the home
  • Monitor behavioral health status and respond calmly to behavioral incidents
  • Administer medications and treatments per care plan
  • Manage G-tube feeding and care
  • Support patients on the autism spectrum with individualized, patient-centered care
  • Document patient progress and communicate with the care team


Requirements:

  • Active LVN license (California)
  • Prior pediatric experience preferred
  • Experience working with behavioral health patients required
  • Experience with autism spectrum patients required
  • G-tube experience preferred
  • Strong communication and de-escalation skills
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable
  • Comfortable working in a home health setting
