Job Overview: As a Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Measure dimensions of products to verify conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments such as calipers, gauges and micrometers.
  • Discard or reject products, materials or equipment not meeting specifications.
  • Recommend necessary corrective actions, based on inspection results.
  • Complete documentation needed to support testing procedures, including data capture forms, equipment logbooks, or inventory forms.
  • Identify quality problems and recommend solutions.
  • Participate in internal assessment and audits as required.
  • Prepare and review required method transfer documentation including technical transfer protocols. (PPAP submissions)
  • Perform visual inspections of finished products.
  • Monitor testing procedures to ensure that all tests are performed according to established item specifications, standard test methods, or protocol.
  • 1st shift positions are available: Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday -1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and write English.
  • Quality Control experience a must, at least 2 years preferred.
  • Experience working on a computer using Microsoft Office (word, excel, access), Design software (AutoCAD, Solidworks), Outlook-ability to professionally respond to interoffice communication
  • Blueprint reading and GD&T experience beneficial
  • Ability to listen to and understand and communicate information and ideas presented; communication is key in this position.
  • Require an individual to be reliable, responsible, dependable and fulfill obligations. .Take initiative
  • Eager to bring your skillset into an advanced manufacturing facility.
  • Requires willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.
  • On occasion, the workload may present opportunities to work beyond a normal 8-hour workday.

Physical Requirements and Duties:

  • Ability to reach, turn, twist, and walk withstanding repeat motion throughout the work day.
  • Ability to stand for the duration of a work shift.
  • Ability to lift 35 lbs. at a time.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree beneficial
  • Forklift experience a plus.
  • 3-6 months working in a warehouse environment.
  • CMM experience is a plus.

7am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri
