Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical competence, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform venipuncture and specimen collection
Administer IV hydration therapy and injections as directed
Administer medications per provider orders and document appropriately
Obtain, record, and monitor patient vital signs
Assist providers with examinations and in-office procedures
Maintain accurate and complete patient records in accordance with clinic protocols
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
Provide patient education and ensure a positive patient experience
Qualifications:
Current and active LVN license in the State of Texas (required)
Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred
Proficiency in blood draws, injections, and IV administration
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced medical environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Compensation:
$26.00 per hour
