Golden State Care Center is currently seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our interdisciplinary team. Our facility supports individuals with developmental disabilities in a structured, person-centered environment that promoted dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Position Details

Employment Type: Part-Time

Shift Available :

• AM shift 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
• PM shift 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician's orders and individualized care plans.
• Support person-centered care practices within an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) setting.
• Administer medications and treatments following Title 22 and CDPH guidelines.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to RN and DON
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident safety and well-being,

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California LVN License
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Experience in ICF, long-term care, or developmental disabilities is a plus - but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience
