Job Description
PUSH Staffing LLC is seeking dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs/LVNs) to provide high-quality nursing care across various healthcare settings, including home health, long-term care, hospice, and other client sites as assigned.
LPNs/LVNs will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse or physician and are expected to deliver care in a professional, ethical, and patient-centered manner while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations, client requirements, and PUSH Staffing policies.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and established plans of care
- Perform vital signs, nursing assessments, and basic clinical procedures
- Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
- Assist with wound care, monitoring, and reporting of patient progress
- Observe, document, and promptly report changes in patient condition
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation for all visits
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines at all times
- Represent PUSH Staffing professionally during all assignments
Minimum Qualifications
- Current, active Texas LPN/LVN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred (setting dependent)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned locations
- Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and credentialing requirements
