Job Summary

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) looking to make a positive impact? Join our friendly and supportive team at our Clinic, where we prioritize quality care, patient satisfaction, and teamwork. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality nursing services under the supervision of experienced registered nurses while engaging with a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct Patient Care: Provide holistic nursing care to patients in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
  • Medication & Treatment: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Assessments & Documentation: Assist in patient assessments and accurately document vital signs and clinical data.
  • Patient & Family Education: Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness practices.
  • Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated care.
  • Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff by following strict infection control protocols.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in patient care planning and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Licensure: Current LVN license in the state of practice.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and other healthcare technologies.
  • Core Competencies:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
    • A compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented approach to patient care.
