Weber, Fabiyan & Associates, LLC is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our expanding real estate practice. We represent buyers and sellers throughout New Jersey in residential real estate transactions from contract through closing.

Responsibilities
- Handle residential real estate transactions from attorney review through closing
- Draft and negotiate attorney review letters, inspection resolutions, escrow agreements, and closing documents
- Communicate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel
- Review title, surveys, inspections, and related transaction documents
- Attend closings and represent clients throughout the transaction
- Provide exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Licensed (or eligible for admission) to practice law in New Jersey
- Residential real estate experience preferred, but not required
- Strong writing, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Self-motivated, organized, and committed to outstanding client service
