Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Family Medicine Clinic | Days | Direct Hire
Location: Maple Grove, MN
Pay: $24.50–$32.77/hr (DOE)
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 40 hrs/week
- 8-hour day shifts (7:00 AM–5:00 PM)
- No weekends or on-call
Job Summary
Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care in a busy Family Medicine Clinic. Responsibilities include patient intake, vital signs, medication administration, immunizations, phlebotomy, patient education, EMR documentation, and supporting providers with daily clinic operations.
Requirements
- Active Minnesota LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- Previous clinical experience
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
