Job Summary

We are hiring a Full-Time Permanent ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a leading healthcare facility in Las Cruces, NM. This role offers competitive pay, a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and the opportunity to work in a high-acuity Intensive Care Unit.

Position Highlights

• Full-Time Permanent
• Location: Las Cruces, NM
• Pay: $74,880–$90,000 annually (based on experience)
• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Partial Relocation Assistance Available
• ICU Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:2
• 32-bed Intensive Care Unit

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to ICU patients with complex medical conditions
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuous monitoring
• Administer specialized treatments and medications
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ICU environment

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of RN experience
• Active New Mexico RN License
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• BLS Certification
• ACLS and PALS required within 6 months of hire
• Candidates relocating should be available to start within 30–45 days
