Emergency Room RN (Mid Shift) - Full-Time | New Mexico

Position Overview

Join a collaborative Emergency Department team utilizing a team nursing and pod system, supported by a dedicated Unit Educator and Social Worker. This is a dynamic environment caring for a wide range of acute and critical conditions.

Schedule

• Mid Shift (combination schedule):
• • 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $29 – $46/hour (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus:
• • $25,000
  • 2-year commitment required for full payout
• Relocation Bonus: Available (1-year commitment required)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience (required)
• Candidates must live more than 100 miles from the facility
• RN with associate degree (ADN)

• Beds: 48 (with flex space)
• Patient Ratios:
• • 4:1 (Main ED)
  • 6:1 (Fast Track)
