Medical Technologist ASCP - Evenings & Nights

Schedule:
• Full-Time Evenings (40 hrs/week)
• Nights: Thursday–Sunday (32 hrs/week)
• Weekends Only Options Available

Summary:
The Medical Technologist performs pre-analytic, analytic, and post-analytic laboratory testing in a hospital lab environment. Responsibilities include specimen processing, blood bank testing, quality control, result verification, maintaining lab equipment and inventory, and supporting laboratory operations while ensuring compliance with CLIA standards.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related science
• ASCP Certification or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year recent Blood Bank experience in an acute care hospital lab required

Compensation:
• Evening Differential: +$2/hr
• Night Differential: +$3/hr
• Weekend Differential: +$3/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
• Relocation Assistance: $5,000
