Licensed Master Social Worker (Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 annually
Work Setting: Hybrid- (1 day onsite & 4 day remote)
Job Summary
Seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to provide behavioral health assessments, therapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination within an integrated care team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral health assessments and treatment planning
- Provide evidence-based therapy (CBT, Motivational Interviewing, crisis intervention)
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
- Perform risk assessments and maintain clinical documentation
- Participate in team meetings and supervision
Qualifications
- Active LMSW license required
- MSW from an accredited institution
- Experience with behavioral health treatment and EHR systems
- Knowledge of DSM-5 criteria
Spanish speaking required
