Schedule Details
- Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Flexible scheduling options available
- Rotating weekends (approximately 4 weekends/year)
- Holiday rotation: approximately 1 holiday every 3 years
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $37.00+/hr (based on experience)
- $20,000 Sign-On Bonus

bout the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist I to join the Rehabilitation Services team. This role is primarily outpatient-focused with occasional floating to acute care settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient function and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapy interventions based on physician orders and patient goals
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, aides, and students
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (Required)
- Active Physical Therapist License (Required)
- BLS Certification within 1 month of hire (Highly Preferred)
