Licensed Clinician - Hiring Immediately | Behavioral Health

LICENSED CLINICIAN

Location: Roxboro, NC

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $50,000–$65,000 per year

Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and licensed clinician to provide outpatient behavioral health services for individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering evidence-based, person-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Conduct clinical assessments, intakes, and ongoing evaluations.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and relapse prevention groups.
• Coordinate care with healthcare providers and community resources.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid, licensing, and organizational standards.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina license in one of the following:
• • LCSW or LCSW-A
  • LCMHC or LCMHC-A
  • LCAS or LCAS-A
  • LMFT or LMFT-A
• Master's degree in social work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient behavioral health or substance use treatment.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and Medicaid documentation.
• Crisis intervention and group counseling experience.
