Free-Standing ER RN (FSED) - Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Free-Standing Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to join a growing emergency services team in Panama City, FL. This role is ideal for seasoned ER nurses seeking greater autonomy, diverse patient encounters, and opportunities for professional growth while delivering high-quality emergency care in a dynamic setting.

Available Shifts

• Nights (Rotating Weekends)
• Mixed Shifts (Rotating Weekends)

Compensation

• $29.92 – $44.88/hr based on experience
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (Days/Mixed)
• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (Nights)
• $4/hr Night Shift Differential
• Relocation Assistance Available (Case-by-Case)

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recent Acute Care ER RN experience within the last year
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or RN Diploma required
• BSN preferred
• Active Florida RN License or Compact RN License
• BLS required within 30 days of hire
