Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) - Full Time | Sign-on + Benefits

Seeking an experienced Medical Technologist for a full-time night shift opportunity in Florida! This role offers competitive pay, sign-on bonus, shift differentials, relocation assistance, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced clinical laboratory environment. Candidates must have a Florida Technologist License and at least 3 years of recent Medical Technologist experience.

Shift available: Full-time - Nights/10P-6:30A/8;10;12hr shifts ONLY- 3rd shift (rotating weekends)

Differentials:

On Call: $2/hr

Night's differentials: $2.50/hr

Sign on: Night Shift- 10K/ Day shift- $5K

Key Responsibilities:

• Become proficient with laboratory information systems and computer functions
• Perform accurate and timely laboratory testing
• Follow workflow according to section procedure manuals
• Analyze proficiency testing samples within required timeframes
• Assume departmental responsibility in the supervisor’s absence as appropriate

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Technologist preferred
• A 2 Year/associate degree is required
• A 4 Year/bachelor's degree in medical technology is preferred
• A State of Florida Technologist License is required
• Medical Technologist/ Medical Lab Scientist
