ICU Registered Nurse Opportunity | Up to $90K + Bonus

Summary:
Memorial Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a compassionate and skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join their 32-bed Intensive Care Unit. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced critical care environment caring for patients with respiratory failure, sepsis, cardio/pulmonary conditions, and diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA). Ideal candidates are team-oriented, detail-focused, and passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.

Pay:
• $74,880 – $90,000 annually

Shift:
• Full-Time ICU Position
• 1:2 Nurse-to-Patient Ratio

Requirements:
• Active New Mexico RN License required
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required
• BLS Certification required
• ACLS & PALS required within 6 months of hire
• 1 year ICU experience or 1 year nursing experience
