Med-Surg RN | New Grads Welcome | Night Shift Opportunity
Location: Salina
Position Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 12-Hour Shifts
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $29.00 – $43.00/hour
- Additional $2.00 Shift & Weekend Differential

Position Overview
A leading regional healthcare system in Kansas is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Nurses to join its Medical-Surgical team. This opportunity is open to both experienced RNs and New Graduates looking to build a strong foundation in acute care nursing.
The Med-Surg RN will provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process while working collaboratively within a supportive and team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Monitor patient conditions and administer treatments and medications
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
- Provide patient and family education regarding treatment and recovery
- Deliver compassionate and patient-centered nursing care
Qualifications
- Active Kansas RN License or Compact License required
- Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing required
- BLS Certification required
- New Graduates accepted
- Strong communication and teamwork skills preferred
