Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments on admission and throughout shifts
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly identify clinical changes
• Administer medications and evaluate therapeutic responses
• Carry out physician-ordered treatments and procedures
• Document all patient care accurately and in a timely manner
• Provide patient, family, and caregiver education on conditions, treatments, and medications
• Translate complex medical information into clear, understandable guidance
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a high-acuity environment

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (or Compact RN license)
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
• Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience required (non-recent accepted)
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and clinical judgment skills
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends
