Job Description

· Lead and direct a maintenance team consisting of 1 Maintenance Supervisor and 6 Technicians across two shifts

· Drive plant equipment uptime by implementing proactive maintenance strategies and support programs

· Oversee and manage capital improvement projects from planning through execution

· Coordinate with outside contractors for facilities and grounds maintenance activities

Requirements

· Engineering degree required

· Demonstrated maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

· Familiarity with CAPEX project management and execution
