• Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | Permanent
• Location: Bronx, NY
• Schedule: Hybrid – 1 day onsite, 4 days remote
• Hours: Monday–Friday | 8–9 hour shifts

Salary

• $80,000 – $95,000 per year
• Pay is based on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health support for pediatric patients
• Work closely with medical and care teams
• Manage patient care in both remote and onsite settings

Requirements

• Active NY State LCSW license
• At least 1 year of pediatric or children’s clinical experience
• Spanish bilingual required
• Medicaid and Medicare credentialing required for LCSW candidates
