Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical | SOB Up to $20,000

Job Summary

Join a collaborative acute care team dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. In this role, you'll assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, educate patients and families, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Position Highlights

• Schedule: Full-Time | Mixed Shifts or Nights (Rotating Weekends)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $1,500
• Units Available: Medical-Surgical, Oncology, and Orthopedic Trauma

Qualifications

• Active RN License
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Current BLS Certification (required within 30 days of hire)
• Acute care nursing experience preferred, but new specialty candidates are encouraged to apply
• Willingness to cross-train and float within Medical-Surgical specialty units
