Job Description

· Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technical staff

· Set clear performance expectations, conduct reviews, and support professional development

· Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

· Lead and manage engineering projects from concept through implementation

· Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans

· Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope

· Ensure engineering activities comply with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations

· Partner with Quality and Operations to support audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives

· Promote safe work practices and ensure designs and processes meet safety requirements

Key Requirements

· 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

· 2+ years of engineering leadership or management experience

· Strong understanding of manufacturing processes

· Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Experience in equipment or machinery manufacturing

· Lean manufacturing / Six Sigma experience

· Familiarity with CAD software (Solidworks or Inventor)
