Charge Nurse - Surgery

Job Title: Charge Nurse – Surgery
Location: Tulsa, OK
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay Range: $36.47 – $56.53 per hour

Job Summary:
The Charge Nurse coordinates nursing staff activities during assigned shifts to ensure quality patient care, efficient patient flow, and compliance with hospital standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate staff assignments and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed.
• Support and guide nursing staff to ensure quality care.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Valid Oklahoma or multi-state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 2+ years of OR circulating experience (Orthopedic and Neuro required).
