Registered Nurse (RN) – Float Pool

We are seeking a flexible and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a hospital Float Pool team, providing coverage across multiple inpatient units while delivering high-quality patient-centered care.

Schedule: Full-Time
Setting: Inpatient Hospital | Float Pool

Requirements:

• Active North Carolina RN License
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• ADN, ASN, or Nursing Diploma required
• BSN or MSN preferred
• BLS Certification
• Experience with telemetry monitoring, IV/PICC care, ports, and tubes

Compensation & Benefits:

• $33.00–$54.45/hour
• Evening Differential: $3.30/hour
• Night Differential: $6.00/hour
• Weekend Differential: $10.00/hour
• Specialty Differential (ER, ICU, OR): $2.00/hour
• Relocation assistance available
