- $29.00 – $41.00 per hour (Based on experience)
- $5,000 Relocation Assistance
- Shift Differentials:
- Evening: +$2/hour
- Night: +$3/hour
- Weekend: +$3/hour
Shift
- Full-Time Nights
- Rotating Weekends
- Weekend-only schedule available (Thursday–Sunday)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform waived, moderate, and high-complexity laboratory testing.
- Process blood and body fluid specimens.
- Perform Blood Bank testing and quality control procedures.
- Verify and report laboratory results.
- Troubleshoot equipment and investigate abnormal test results.
- Maintain laboratory inventory and equipment.
- Train and assist laboratory staff and students.
- Ensure compliance with CLIA and laboratory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related science.
- ASCP, CLS (NCA), or equivalent certification required.
- 1+ year of recent Blood Bank experience in an acute care hospital laboratory.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and quality assurance.
