Med-Surg RN | "High Demand"

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic Med-Surg unit. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, manage a diverse caseload, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, patient-centered nursing care
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust treatment as needed
• Educate patients and families on care and discharge plans
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure continuity of care
• Follow all clinical standards, safety, and quality protocols

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or ASN)
• Active RN license – North Carolina
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC)

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $33.00 – $54.00 per hour

Shift Differentials

• Evening: +$3.30/hr
• Night: +$6.00/hr
• Weekend: +$10.00/hr
• Holiday: +50% of base rate
