Respiratory Therapist "Urgent Need"

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT/ RCP) – Fredericksburg, VA

Schedule: Full-Time | Days & Nights (Rotating Weekends)

We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a dynamic and collaborative care team in a fast-paced hospital environment. This is a great opportunity for both experienced therapists and new graduates looking to build their careers with access to advanced technology, strong mentorship, and consistent scheduling.

What You’ll Do

• Assess patient respiratory status and determine appropriate interventions
• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and airway clearance techniques
• Manage invasive and non-invasive ventilation, including monitoring and adjustments
• Assist with airway management and respond to emergency situations
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care and treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the care team
• Maintain and ensure proper functioning of respiratory equipment

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT/RCP-State)
• BLS/CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days of start)
• Open to new graduates
• Strong clinical skills and ability to thrive in acute care settings

Compensation & Perks

• Competitive pay: $32.95 – $48.00/hour (based on experience)
